The teacher lets the children vote on whether to pick the lower or higher difficulty level for activity no. 46 How Frogs Grow. She motivates the children to succeed at the more difficult version of the task and repeats the instructions. When ordering the pictures she asks the children to describe what they can see in each picture. Together with them she describes the developmental stages of a frog. The teacher asks the children why each picture belongs in its given place.
